Obituary of George Bertram McKeown

McKeown, George Bertram Retired from the CNR. Passed away peacefully at Oak Terrace Long Term Care, Orillia on Wednesday January 12th 2022 in his 95th year. Survived by Thelma (nee Fuge). Loving father of Judy McKeown (Jim); predeceased by his sons Doug and Glenn. Proud grandfather of Jamie (Jessica), Blake (Julia), Sarah (Chris); great grandfather of Jade, Nicholas and Ethan. George will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his family, nieces, nephews and the McPhail families (Donnie-predeceased). George is survived by his youngest sister Arlene Skelton (Eddy- predeceased), predeceased by his siblings Kay Sharman (Albert-deceased), Bruce McKeown (Renie-deceased), Marjorie McKeown (Rube-deceased). The family wish to extend a sincere thank you to all the staff at Oak Terrace for their compassionate care. No services will be held.
