Bayley, Raymond Keith Passed away peacefully at Spencer House Long Term Care on Thursday February 17th, 2022 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Barbara Louise Bayley (predeceased). Loving father of Shawn Bayley (Laurie) and Jim Bayley. Proud grandfather of Dylan. Dear brother of Phyllis Woodrow. Keith will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
