Carfrae, William (Bill) Roy Passed peacefully on Sunday March 27th, 2022, at the age of 71. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Elizabeth (Betty) Carfrae. Survived by his two sisters Hilda and Sandra. In Keeping with Bill’s wishes cremation has taken place.
