Obituary of Jeffrey Maurice Lawrence

Lawrence, Jeffrey Maurice Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday June 11th, 2022, at the age of 81. Jeff is now reunited with his beloved wife, Cathy. Patient & loving father of Jenni Lawrence (Greg Connor), John Lawrence (Caitlin), Rebecca van den Bosch (Paul), Kristen McGinn (Bruce), and Kim Lawrence. Proud Papa of Sebastian, Colton, Simon, Aidan, Michael, Patrick, and Katie. Jeff was a dedicated Police Officer with Orillia City Police and the OPP for over 30 years. The family would like to thank Emily Greb, Nurse Practitioner, for her many years of care and compassion as well as the team at Mariposa House Hospice. Jeff will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his friends and family. A Celebration of Life for Jeff and Cathy will be held at 2058 Marchmont Road, Severn on Saturday July 23rd 2022 from 1p.m. until 4p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Mariposa House Hospice through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E.
