Obituary of Mary Jane Gaze

Gaze, Mary Jane Passed away peacefully at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Sunday November 20th, 2022, at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Peter Gaze. Loving mother of Christine Laidlaw (late John) and Jane Anne Gaze. Cherished grandmother of Stacey, Scott, and great grandmother of Blake, Bodie, Seija and Calum. Dear sister of Sam Andrews (Elizabeth) and Kathleen Croft. Predeceased by her siblings William, John, Jim, Robert, Lily, Marion, and Ruby. Loving daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Andrews. Mary will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Mary’s life will be held at the Hillside Bible Chapel, 195 Atlantis Drive in Orillia on Saturday December 3rd, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E.
