Obituary of Terry Robert Hawke

Hawke, Terry Robert It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Terry at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie on Thursday December 22nd, 2022, at the age of 74. He leaves behind his beloved wife Shirley and their furbaby Daisy. Terry will be deeply missed by his daughters Candace and Krista (Kevin). Cherished grandpa to Taylor, Meghan (Brandon), Brandon (Meggie), and Madison. Great Grandpa to Dominic, Abigail, and Kenzie. Terry was the youngest of eight siblings and dear brother of Pearl Elshaw. Terry is predeceased by his siblings, Doug, Glen, Keith, Gladys, Marion, and Joan. Terry will be missed by his wife Shirley’s children Valerie, Ron and Fred (Pam) and grandchildren. Sister-in-law to Mildred (Larry), and Colette. Terry will be fondly remembered by Candace and Krista’s mother Penny, many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. A funeral service will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E Orillia on Tuesday December 27th, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Andrew’s St. James’ Cemetery, Orillia As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County or the Canadian Cancer Society.
