Walters, Barbara Jane It is with broken hearts, that we announce Barb’s sudden passing at her home in Orillia on Wednesday January 18th, 2023 at the age of 81. Born in Goderich Ontario, Barb is predeceased by her parents James and Rita Johnston. Beloved wife of William Walters for 60 years. Loving mother of Patti (Mike) of Mississauga, Shawn (Leigh Anne) of Aurora, and the late Scott Walters. Proud grandmother of Mitchell, Mackenzie, Lauren, Rochelle, Allyson, and Sydney. Dear sister of Kathy Linklater (Bill) of Goderich. Barb will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Barb will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Barb loved her family dearly and cherished spending time with her kids and grandkids and all the laughter and joy they brought her. She was very social and loved spending time with her friends. Travelling was one of Barb’s favourite. She loved life and all it had to offer. A funeral service will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E Orillia on Tuesday January 24th, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. followed by a reception.
