Obituary of Dorn Tissington

Tissington, Dorn It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dorn, on Friday, January 27, 2023, in his 79th year. Loving husband of Annia, and son to Lillian and Harry (both predeceased). Father of Michael (Lisa), Sandee (Mika), and Celena (Simon). Grandfather of David, Emmi and Travis. Dear brother of Ian (Carol) and Jalna (Richard, predeceased). Will be missed by his in laws and extended family in Cuba. Dorn enjoyed his many years working and travelling for Dorr-Oliver Long/GL&V. He was a man of many talents, and enjoyed the finer things of life, including music. A gathering will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Friday February 3rd, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until family prayers at 1:30 p.m. In the lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
