Obituary of Brad Hall

Hall, Ronald Bradley Passed away peacefully at the age of 90 with family by his side. Beloved father of Bradley Hall (Pat) and Sandra Hall. Cherished grandfather of Taylor (Andrew) and Michael. Dear companion of Margaret McBain. Long-time friend of former wife, Pearl. Brad will be missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends. Born in Toronto, Brad graduated from Mechanical Engineering at U of T in the class of 5T6 (1956). In 1974 he earned his MBA from McMaster University. He spent his career working as a Professional Engineer with Westinghouse-Hamilton, regularly consulting around the world. Brad was well-known as a Corvair car guru, and a devotee of boxer fur-babies. His retirement was spent living at his Lake Simcoe cottage where he enjoyed sailing, restoring Corvairs, and kicking back with neighborhood friends. The family extends sincere thanks to Gary & Anne, Ron H, and Jarek & Terri for always "being there". A warm thank you to personal caregiver Susan Koskinen for going above and beyond. And to the ER staff at Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Orillia, your sensitive support was deeply appreciated. In keeping with Brad's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life Brad’s life will be held at 1844 Lakeshore Drive, Brechin on Saturday August 19th, 2023 from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the SPCA or Humane Society.
