I worked with this wonderful lady in and around the 1980's and we became fast 'work friends'. I have never forgotten her and we stayed in touch for awhile after she left TD but unfortunately, over the years, lost touch. I am saddened to hear of her passing. Sincere condolences to her family, whom she talked about with so much love, always. RIP Mary -Lynn as you so deserve to.

Dear Herb, Debbie, Steve and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this great time of loss.
Our family was blessed to have Mary-Lyn in our lives, through our dear friendship with Debbie and Steve.
She was always a warm and caring lady. Always showing interest in how you were doing and catching up. "Acting as mom".
We have many precious memories sharing time with Herb and Mary-Lyn. at Steve and Debbie's cottage. Highlight being the annual pig/beef BBQ, a special bonding time.
One we hold "most dear" to our hearts is seeing her at the "Swim for the Cure" finish line. Collecting donations, cheering swimmers to the finish line and providing them refreshments. Most memorable is seeing her with excitement and pride watching Debbie approach the finish line. Hearing her cheer and clap as she waited for Debbie to climb out of the water, anticipating the moment of lovingly wrapping the towel around her. Tears of joy and happiness flowing.
As I entered my own cancer joinery, Mary-Lyn made me a beautiful, cozy blanket to keep warm during my chemo treatments. My " blankie" as we called it has made many trips to the hospital with me, giving me comfort and keeping me warm after many surgeries. It is well worn and continues to give me comfort and keep me warm as I lay it over my legs every morning and evening. I often think of her and her love for me when I see it across my legs.
May we each continue her legacy of caring and investing in the lives of others.
