Obituary of Donna Middleton

In Loving Memory of Donna A.E. Middleton Donna A. E. Middleton (nee Clark) age 85, passed away suddenly and peacefully on December 1st, 2023, surrounded by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and cherished friends. Donna lived a life marked by kindness, compassion, and a deep commitment to her family and community. Born in Orillia, Ontario, she retired from Bell Canada (Barrie & Orillia) where she made lifelong friends working in operator services, engineering and as a trusted union representative. After retirement, Donna applied her extensive experience and abilities as President, Big Cedar Estates and made progressive, transformational and influential improvements that have made a lasting impact on the lives of many. Family was at the center of Donna's world. She was a devoted wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, aunt, favorite cousin, and dear friend to many. Donna found immense joy in creating a warm and loving home, which was always kept in pristine and immaculate condition. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, touching the hearts of friends and neighbors alike. Donna's generosity knew no bounds, and she was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Donna's memory will be forever cherished by all her family. She will also be fondly remembered by a wide circle of friends near & far, and colleagues who were touched by her kindness and grace. Organized and in charge until the end, Donna’s pre-planned funeral arrangements included immediate cremation and a request to hold a celebration of life on a warm spring or summer day at Big Cedar Estates, Orillia. More details will be announced. The family would like to thank the many doctors and staff at RVH, Barrie during an unexpected and difficult time. As we bid farewell to Donna A. E. Middleton, we celebrate the legacy of a remarkable individual whose love and warmth will continue to inspire us. May she rest in eternal peace.
