Obituary of Ross Pilger

Pilger: Ross Walker Passed away at home with his family by his side on Saturday June 22nd, 2013 in his 87th year. Ross Pilger of Cooper Falls beloved husband of Mary Pilger (nee Ballam) of 65 years. Loved father of John Pilger (Gayle) of Minden, Gary Pilger (predeceased) (Bernice) of Brechin, Doreen "Dean" (Ted Lamb) of Orillia, Joyce (predeceased) (Dave Beers) of Orillia and Frank Pilger (Laurie) of Washago. Cherished grandfather of fourteen grandchildren (one predeceased) and ten great grandchildren. Dear brother of Nellie Hutchinson of Kilworthy, and the late Edgar Pilger and the late Hazel Hutchinson. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street E. Orillia on Thursday June 27th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the chapel on Friday June 28th, at 1 p.m. Interment Barkway Cemetery.
