It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jesse in Orillia on Wednesday February 7th, 2024 at the age of 39. Born in Oshawa, cherished son of Victoria Dailey and the late Larry Welch. Much loved father of Jozef. Loving brother of Michael and Nicole. Jesse will be missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
