August 14, 1954 – February 27, 2024


If tears could build a stairway and memories build a lane,

I would walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again.


With Heavy hearts we are announcing the passing of our beloved and cherish sister Trudie-Ann McCrea. Trudie passed away peacefully at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto on February 27th,2024 in her 70th year. Trudie is the loving daughter of the late Kenneth and Shirley McCrea of Warminster. Trudie has left behind a loving partner Charlie Donavan of Wasaga Beach and his son Michael of Burlington. Trudie will be greatly missed by her sister’s Pamela Johnston (Eric) and Katherine Beausoleil (John) of Orillia and brothers Micheal McCrea of Barrie and Paul McCrea of Wasaga Beach. Trudie has many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews that will miss her in their lives. Trudie was the best Aunt anyone could ask for. We will always cherish all the memories of Trudie and hold them close to our hearts. A cremation has taken place. To celebrate Trudie's life we would like to invite family and friends to join us April 13th,2024 between 2:00-4:00pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints, 10 Skyline Drive, Orillia Ont. The family would like any expression of sympathy memorial donations to be made to the Diabetes foundation of Canada or to the Heart and Stroke foundation in the memory of our dearest and cherished sister Trudie.
