Nodwell, Jean Lorraine (nee Craig)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Jean’s passing at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on August 9th, 2024. Loving mother of Laurie Mackin, Frank “Butch” Nodwell (Elvira), Sherry Sadler and Craig Nodwell (Barb). Cherished grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Robert (Fran), Neil (Jolene), Judy (George), Colleen, Heather (Lew). Jean will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her sisters-in-laws, Joan and Rose, many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Jean’s life will be held at Canadian Corps Association, 142 Athol St E, Oshawa on Saturday May 24th , 2025 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Association or to the Kidney Foundation through the Simcoe Funeral Home , 38 James Street E, Orillia (705) 327 0221.
