Obituary of Gordon Hilliard Walker

Walker, Gordon Hilliard Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Thursday August 22nd, 2024, at the age of 82. Born in Markham Ontario, Predeceased by his parents Hilliard and Emma Walker. Beloved husband of Annie (nee Arnold) for 56 years. Loving father of Michael, Laura, Craig, and Marcia Woodward (Brian). Proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren, Aimee (Nick), Janica (Terry), T.J. (Marielle), Hope (Mason), Zack, Sheena (Jake), Austin, Matt, and Dallas. Proud great grandfather of 7 great grandchildren, Riley, Liam, Lucas, Seth, Kohen, Penny, and Renn. Gordon will be dearly missed by family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Saturday August 31st, 2024, from 1p.m. until 3p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
