Along with my wife Helen, we visited my aunt Doris this past summer (we live in Orillia not far from her). It was a great visit, going down memory lane. We invited her to attend my 75th birthday this past August, but she declined as her doctor had told her to avoid such events. She was my last living aunt (or uncle), and i have many fond memories with her, my uncle Jim and cousins Paul, and Janis. Almost every summer of our youths we spend together at our grand parents place in Washago. The glory days.
Our thoughts go out to the family. I will miss the visits I had with her in the recent years.
