Onze herinnering is dat de familie een keer over was en we een reünie hadden in Drachten bij Harm en Nynke.
Er was toen een rollator race georganiseerd. Tante Lolkje en tante Maaike tegen elkaar in de strijd. Wat hebben we gelachen. Een warme en waardevolle herinnering.
Onze oprechte condoleances voor de familie die haar ontzettend zulken missen.

I remember visits to Omke Feite and Tante Lolkje's farm in Orillia with my parents. Tante Lolkje often had a big pot of soup prepared for everyone. Omke Feite would pray and read from the Bible while everyone was seated around the table. In her home at Holland Homes, Tante Lolkje would always give a welcoming hug and kiss and offer me a drink and snack. I always remember her as being very kind and hospitable. Sending my condolences to you during this time.

Sending my condolences to the Greidanus family from New Zealand. I was able to see Tante Llokje a couple of times when my family and I went back to Canada last year - it was a wonderful visit. Tante Llokje was always so loving and caring - she will be missed!

Our sincere condolences to the Greidanus family with the loss of your beautiful Mom,Beppe and Beppe Beppe. I was blessed to have met her almost 10 years ago. I loved going to her apt every other week to clean and do little things for her. We shared chats, laughs, prayer and even a few tears.
I have lots of memories of your Mom( and so much like my own Mom) but this memory stands out. After we moved she came to visit for a weekend. I had just finished painting a 2 piece china cabinet. She was so excited for that cabinet to be brought upstairs and it was heavy! But we got the job done. She could now watch everything being put back in. She had a good eye for how things should be placed. It was so fun! She always enjoyed decorating! Face timing when there was new decor or when the seasonal decorations came out, that put a smile on her face.
We were glad to have visited with her this summer at her new home in Owen Sound.
I will certainly miss her. She was a special lady. Hugs to everyone and May God give you peace in the coming days.

Sincere condolences to the family. I remember Fred. I worked with Fred at the downtown Zellers 1964 - 67. Such a humble, hard working man. Ran the stockroom , was also the janitor, and then went home to run the farm. I was only 18 years old at the time, but I sincerely respected this hard working gentleman.

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing, Nynka. I know you cared for her and your whole family have done the very best possible in their care for her.
