McFarlane, Audrey Aldene

In her 97th year, Audrey passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord with family by her side at Mariposa House Hospice, Severn on Friday January 10th, 2025. Survived by her beloved husband Peter of 72 years.

Devoted mother of Sandra Champion (late Sandy), Gayle Russell, Brian McFarlane (Sharon), and Nancy Mawhinney (Kirk). Loving grandmother of Michael (Amilynn), Jeremy (Kristine), Jennifer, Trevor, Kyle, Dawson, Cora, Noah, Abby; great grandmother of Victoria, Makena, Grayson, Cameron, and Alyssa.

Dear sister of Lyle (Edith), Laverne (Dorothy), Lois (Ross), sister-in-law of Jack (Elsie), Marguerite (Ivan) – all predeceased.

Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street East, Orillia on Saturday, January 18th, 2025 from 11 am until the funeral service in the chapel at 12 noon, reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Long Branch Baptist Church, Toronto or Mariposa House Hospice, Severn.
