Steele: Gordon Claude Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Friday, October 14, 2011 in his 78th year. Gord Steele of Orillia, beloved husband of Mary McGregor Steele of Orillia. Much loved father of Linda and her husband Rhys Davies of Aurora, Gordon Steele and his wife Cheryl of Sunrise, Florida, Michael Steele and his wife Jeanette of Oshawa, Kevin Steele and his wife Jen of Innisfil, Maryann and her husband Mike Chapman of Orillia, Sandra Steele and her husband David Moffat of Huntsville and the late Jim Steele. Loving grandfather of eighteen and great-grandfather of one. Dear brother of Winnie, Clarence, Berta, Bradley and the late Lionel, Ray, Stanley and Clifford. Remembered by many nieces and nephews and missed by Gidget . Cremation has taken place. It was Gordon's wish that no services be held.
