Obituary of Samuel Scowcroft

Scowcroft: H. Samuel ``Sam`` Retired Regional Director LCBO. Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers` Memorial Hospital on Friday December 6th, 2013. Sam Scowcroft, loving husband of Marilyn Anne Scowcroft (nee Grace). Devoted dad to Linda Osborne, Stephen (Esther), Leslie Wray, Pamela Frost (Glenn), and Marnie Malone. Proud grandfather of Kristina, Michelle, David, Jennifer, Stephanie, Derek, Amy, Meaghan, Steve, Blythe and Aiden. Great grandfather of Corey, Emma, Domenick, Hailey, Lilly, Gracie, Madison, Noah, Ava and James. Dear brother of Dennis Billingham (Patricia) and the late Margery Willis. A celebration of Sam`s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street E. Orillia on Tuesday December 17th from 1 to 4 p.m. Words of tribute remembering Sam will be given at 1:30 p.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
