My dear sister Susan, until now I have not been able to write any message to you.There is a huge whole in all of our hearts but we all have fond memories of our lives together.As everyone else does I wish I had that one more phone call or one more visit or just had the opportunity to let you know how much you were loved. I hope you are with Dad celebrating in Gods wonderful palace he has for all of us, meeting all of our loved ones lost before you. Life here on earth is but a brief encounter, and lasts such a short time. We laugh, get upset, and cry over the silliest things. From conception to the grave, we struggle do the best that we can, and for all intent and purpose we believe its all for the right reason. Today I lost my sister to the cruel and senseless disease of cancer, leaving in its wake heartache, anger, and a multitude of unanswered questions. She was a fighter,and never gave up hope,and always had a smile to share with others. An inspiration to all, and an example of what a true champion really stands and fights for, even against impossible odds. Her death, after a long and tiring battle came so suddenly, and so swiftly, I stand in shock, not wanting to believe what has happened. All the memories of our growing up together, on the family farm came flooding back to me as the unbelievable words were being spoken over the phone. Never being able to speak, to hug, to or to share with her ever again is like a bad cruel joke some how. I bid you a fond farewell sister dear, you will be missed and thought of often as my mind goes back to days gone by. Bro Glen

Families are built on many rocks that make then strong. One of our rocks has been taken away from us and we must try to carry on without it. Susan was so loved by all of us. Her love and strength helped hold our family together and we will miss her forever. We send our love to Doug, Vince, Duane and their families.
