On behalf of my friend and co-worker Joe Richard and myself, Barney O'Hara, we wish to express our genuine condolences to you and your family on Donna's passing. Joe knew her at HRC and I knew her at the GHQ. She was always so positive and brought a ray of sunshine into our lives. She was always great fun to chat to and we both loved her very much. I knew Joe from my time at Muskoka Centre, Gravenhurst's "HRC", but we parted paths as the closed the facility.

Trudy and Tracy, I am sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Your mum was the bright light in every room she entered. Her bright light brought hugs, sweet words and laughter.
I remember how content I was with your family only a "You Who" away from mine. My parnets loved your mum and you two girls and spoke of you every time we chatted..
We enjoyed your parents visiting us in Calgary and had such a super time with people who were more like family. Bryon, Marnie and I took them to the mountains and shared our wonderful Alberta, and they seriously thought about moving our way.

I had the pleasure of meeting Donna when she worked with my Mom Sharon, I then was lucky enough to have had worked with her too. I knew Donna for a very long time. I remember walking into the cafeteria at Park Street where she would yell oooohhhh Kimmy.....and run up and give me a big hug. I was embarrassed at the time because I was in my young teenage years. I get through those then I start at OPP GHQ, I walk in and see Donna.....the same thing...oooohhh Kimmy....and run up and give me a big hug. I had just started at the OPP, so again I was embarrassed. I look back on all those times, she was just being Donna. That was just the way she was....very happy to see everybody. Always had lots to say and want to know that your life was going okay. Donna will be missed by myself and many people I'm sure. She had a smile that would lighten up the room. RIP Donna...I will miss those times you running up and embarrassing me by yelling....oh Kimmy!

I worked with Donna some time ago and from the first time we spoke Donna was the most pleasant, sweetest human being I've ever met. Such a genuine, kind soul. Full of happiness and love, always a pleasure to work with. She will be missed but will always remain close to our hearts. Remember all the good memories during those difficult times.
