Houldsworth: Doris Ethel At Hillcrest Village, Midland on Thursday September 25th 2014 in her 89th year. Doris Houldsworth (nee Patten) formerly of Orillia, beloved wife of the late Alfred Edmond Houldsworth. Much loved mother of Valerie (Winston Elliott), Arthur Houldsworth (Jane), John Houldsworth (Cheryl) and Bill Houldsworth (Karen). Loving grandmother of Kim, Court, Shauna, Tyler, Shandi, Christopher, Gregory and Jonathon. Great grandmother of Kyle, Brendan, Marissa, Preston, Camryn, Sidney, Rhys, Ayden, Sophia, Myles and Charlotte. Dear sister of Amy Jackson (predeceased), Lily Scutt and Peter Patten (predeceased). A Service to celebrate Doris's life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street E. Orillia on Wednesday October 1st at 1 p.m. Reception to follow.
