Slater: Shania Grace Tragically as a result of an automobile accident on Monday October 13th, 2014 at the age of 18. Shania Slater of Orillia, loving fiancé of Thomas (Tom Newman). Much loved sister of Melissa Slater (John Payne). Dear daughter of Rosemary Looyenga (Bruce Silman) and Larry Slater. Loving stepdaughter of Yvon Pilon (Connie Barrand) Dear granddaughter of Ali and John Looyenga and Patricia Slater. Half sister to Shannon and Stefanie Slater. Loving aunt to Kylie. A Service to celebrate Shania's life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street E. Orillia on Monday October 27th, at 1 p.m. Reception to follow. Memorial donations to the St. Michael's Hospital Toronto would be appreciated.
