Obituary of George McCourt

McCourt, George Knight Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Sunday, October 19th, 2014 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Agnes "Nan" McCourt (nee Paterson). Loving father of the late Judith Ann McCourt, James McCourt, and Catherine Wainman (Mark). Dear grandfather of Brett, and Jamie. Predeceased by his sister Marjorie Wilson. George will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and friends. Friends and family may visit at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Thursday, October 23rd 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment York Cemetery, North York.
