Obituary of Elmer Galbraith

Galbraith: Elmer At the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Saturday January 21st, 2012 in his 87th year. Elmer Galbraith of Orillia much loved husband of the late Edith Irene Galbraith (nee Slade). Loving father of Diane and her husband Nick Ruyter of Orillia and Terry Galbraith and his wife Mary of Gravenhurst. Devoted grandfather of Jason Ruyter, Shawn Ruyter and Nicole Ruyter-Sturrock. Great grandfather of Trent, McKayla, Kolton Jacob and Hudson. Dear brother of Georgina (George Gibbons) of Owen Sound, Raymond (Barbara) of Ottawa, Keith (Joyce) of Owen Sound and Edith (Ralph Noble) of Owen Sound. Will be missed by many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street E. Orillia on Wednesday January 25th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday January 26th, from 1 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
