Carter: Ronald Howard "Our Ronnie" At the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital with family at his side on Sunday October 16th, 2011 in his 75th year. Ron Carter of Orillia, beloved husband of Patricia (Patt) Carter (nee Power). Much loved father of Kevin of Orillia and Kelly Anne Vacon of Orillia. Loving grandfather of Jordan, Braidan, Nicholas and Jocelyn. Dear brother-in law of Marilyn Bungay (Tom-predeceased) of Orillia and Anne and her husband Ken Sullivan of Halifax N.S. Missed by his buddy "Buddy". Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home-38 James Street E. Orillia on Wednesday October 19th from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday October 20th. From 12 noon until Celebration of Life service at 2 p.m. Memorial donations to Children's Wish Foundation, the Orillia OSPCA or the Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated by the family.
