Atkinson: Delbert Ervin (Bert) Peacefully at his home in Orillia on Tuesday, March 8th, 2011 in his 83rd year. Bert Atkinson of Orillia beloved husband of Sharon Ann Atkinson (nee Wooldridge). Much loved father of Ken Robinson (Christine) of Wyevale, Kevin Atkinson (Susan) of Alliston, Joanne Rutledge of Orillia, Kim Atkinson (Robin) of Brampton, Brian Atkinson (Maureen) of Scarborough and Sharon Pauselli (Rob) of Barrie. Dear step-father of Kimberly Stevenson (Jamie) of Orillia and Mark Wooldridge (Victoria) of Kirkland Lake. Son of Liza Jane Sampson of Newmarket and the late Ervin Atkinson. Loved brother of Ruth Hisey-Rafati of Wasaga Beach, Howard (Elaine) of London and the late Roy and Joyce. Loving grandfather of nineteen and great-grandfather of five. Remembered by many nieces and nephews and his feline friend Molly. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home-38 James Street E. Orillia on Thursday, March 10th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and at Bethel Baptist Church, 300 Coldwater Road West on Friday, March 11th from 12 noon until time of Funeral Services at 1 p.m. Interment St. Andrew-St. James Cemetery.
