Thomson: Joan Cooper At her home, on Friday February 17th, 2012 in her 91st year. Joan Thomson (nee Wood) of Orillia, formerly of Milton and Oakville beloved wife of the late Andrew Ross Thomson. Loving mother of Tim and his partner Pam of Brechin. Loving remembered by her grandchildren of Shellie and her husband Pedro Soares and Jessica (Dallace) and their mother Joanne. Loving great grandmother of Mateo. Dear sister of Norman Wood of England. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street E. Orillia on Wednesday February 22nd from 1 p.m. until time of funeral services at 2 p.m. Reception to follow. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
