I was shocked and devastated to hear of his passing. Frank was the only true father figure I ever had, and I loved and respected him for it. He always made me smile, and I will always remember fondly the times I was lucky enough to spend with him. He was truly one in a million, and I will never forget him. To Helen, Carol, Vickie, Chris, all of the McTagues, and all of his family, my deepest condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love, Maria

My wife and I were shocked to hear of Frank's passing. He was always one who stood out from others, and will surely be missed by those who knew him. Our thoughts go out to his friends and family. Sleep tight, Frank.
