Obituary of Patricia Marie Flemming

Flemming: Patricia Marie Suddenly at her home Orillia on Friday December 18th, 2015 in her 55th year. Patricia Flemming of Orillia, beloved wife of Wayne Augustson. Much loved mother of Clayton (Melissa) and Michael (Jasmine). Loving grandma of Natalya, Makenna, Ariella and Katrina. Loving daughter of Donna Boyes. Dear sister of Cindy, Evelyn, Pam, Colleen and her late brother Clayton. A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street E. Orillia on Wednesday December 23rd from 1 to 3 p.m. Tributes will be given at 1:30 p.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
