Clemens: Ewart Gordon At Spencer House Orillia, with family at his side on Wednesday March 9th, 2016 in his 83rd year. Ewart Clemens of Orillia, beloved husband of the late Shirley Ann Clemens (nee Teskey). Loving father of Suzanne (Michael Nussbaum), Nancy Vivian (Vern predeceased), Terri Clemens (Rob Smith) and the late Pauline Clemens. Loving grandfather of Allison (Chris Young), Amy (Andrew August), Lora Vivian, Jamie (Derek Somerville), Adam and Brandon Clemens, Zachary and Jesse Smith. Great grandfather of Derek Jr, Preston, Madyson, Hayden, Emmerson, Austin and Addison. Dear brother of Peter Clemens (Joan). Past Captain of the Orillia Air Cadets 99 Lynx Squadron. Ewart’s family wish to extend a special thank you for the amazing care Dad received from the nurses, PSWs and staff at Spencer House. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street E. Orillia on Sunday March 13th from12 noon until 2 p.m. Services under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 34 will be held at 2 p.m. Services under the auspices of the Equity Masonic Lodge #659 will follow. A memorial service will follow at 2:30 p.m. Memorial donations to Seasons Centre for Grieving Children or to the Hospital for Sick Children would be appreciated.
