Hello entire Mitchell Family
I am writing this note waaaay too late, but I'd like to send my sincerest sympathies to you on the passing of your mom, my Aunt Pat. I was unable to attend the funeral as there was a terrible snowstorm on that day and I apologize for not being there. I noticed Patricia on my Facebook "people you may know" and just looked through the pictures of all of you at your moms service, wow, what a large good looking group you are! Quite the legacy for your mom. You may or may not know that my dad, David has also passed away in a long term care home on December 2nd 2017. My dad had dementia and had been in a home in Belleville for 3 years minus 6 days. Only 78 years old but mostly a blessing as really what kind of life was he really living? So now all 5 of the Laura and Jimmy Turner children are gone from this world . For the most part they all lived good long lives and we move on. You know I still miss grandma Turner ( as Sue and I called her) to this day. I hope you all live happy and healthy lives and that you remember your mom fondly, she was very, very proud of all of you, take care, love Cheryl

On behalf of my parents, Pat's younger brother David and sister-in-law Joyce Turner I extend our heartfelt sympathy to the entire Mitchell family at this very sad time. I live in Georgetown and I am planning to attend Pat's service tomorrow morning but the inbound winter storm and freezing rain and snow may make that impossible. I hope to attend as I'd like to see you all, but if not please accept my sincere condolences on your loss. Love Cheryl
