Obituary of James Russell Harrison

Harrison: James Russell (Jim) Jim Harrison of Gravenhurst, formerly of Orillia and Bracebridge, passed away peacefully at the Muskoka Shores Care Community, Gravenhurst on Friday March 11th 2016 in his 74th year. Much loved father of Lee Harrison of Hamilton and Diane Harrison (Phil Lahay) of Orillia. Loving grandfather of Andrew,Tala, and Aidan. Proud great grandfather of Danielle and Aaliyah. Dear brother of Clifford Harrison, Janet Steele, Marilyn Brown (Allan), Michael Harrison and the late Linda Allen (Alvin). Brother-in law of the late George Steele. Caring uncle of many nieces and nephews. Jim will be lovingly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Br 161,- 168 Muskoka Road Bracebridge on Sunday April 10th from 1 to 4 p.m. Memorial donations to Canadian Diabetes Association through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E Orillia would be appreciated.
