Grany, I'm still in such disbelief. I keep thinking of coming to visit you, and then remember you are gone.
Being with you and holding your hand while you passed was the hardest thing I have done, ,but also the most comforting knowing that we were all there with you.
I miss you terribly and have so many great memories with you. We are taking care of gramps the best we can :)

Doug we are so sorry to hear of the passing of Carole. She was such a lovely lady and will be very much missed at our weekly card games. We understand she had a very hard struggle ,so now she is at peace. May god be with you and your family in your time of grievance.

I saw you a few years back while out and about in Orillia. I wasn't the 10 year old girl that you had last seen, I was now a grown woman in her mid 20s. You did not recognize me.
I don't understand why one would chose to remove themselves from their grand daughter's life, but I thank you for making that decision - while a confusing lesson to learn at a tender age, I was rewarded with an understanding of the importance of integrity and unconditional love.
My condolences to those that knew and loved you.

Gramma, I don't know how I will ever be able to not think, "Oh! I better call Gramma and let her know what the kids just did" - or what they have coming up or what crazy thing we have been up to now. It is just so awful.
The kids are also having a hard time understanding that you are not with us anymore. I love you. I always will.
