We are sincerely saddened by the passing of our nephew Michael Wright. We remember him as a quiet, sweet, young boy often visiting 208 through the back fence. Happy to visit with his grandparents, Major and us. Through his elementary and secondary school years he moved about quite frequently. We often saw him at family gatherings or with Merv and Audrey at Sawlog Bay or visiting us with them in Oro-Medonte during summer vacations.
As a young adult we lost touch with him as he ventured West to find his fortune and sense of purpose like so many others.
Over time he returned to the area all grown up! He visited us at the farm on several occasions. During his visits he was always very positive about his life and his family. He shared with us his vision of "Merv's Place". He appreciated so much the time he had with his family and his grandparents.
To the family, please know we are mourning with you. Your loss is our loss. Our thoughts are with you all!

Aunt Lynda, Wendy and Mikes children
I am so sorry for your loss. We r all in shock with the loss of Mike. My heart truly breaks. Mike was a loving soul. I think about the times calling Mom to say I love you or worrying about me being sick. Kind hearted to bring boost up to me so I would get some nourishment. Be blessed to know how much he really did love u all and tried to show his love in his own way to each of us. Love you all
