I was quite saddened to hear of Ed’s passing. I have known Ed all my life. He and my Dad, Mike Foley, became fast friends in their early teens. Ed to me was family. When I think of Ed it is always of a man with a smile on his face and an easy, pleasant personality. We did not see much of each other over the years but did manage to chat on the phone on occasion. I had called this past week. I was planning to visit him on Saturday. This is when I discovered that he had just left us. Sorry I missed you Ed but you will always be in my thoughts. Mike (Michael T) Foley PS: If Rick and Dianne of Midland could call me I would appreciate it very much. 416 255 4778

I am deeply saddened by my Uncle Eddie's passing, but am left with nothing but amazing memories from an amazing man. He has been an active part of my life since birth. From Sunday roast dinners, to Kinder Egg treats, to weekend getaways in Orillia, Uncle Eddie was a class act who loved his family as much as we loved him. Until that time, Uncle Eddie. Love you. xoxox Deanna
