My condolences for Jason. I found this article from May 26, 2016 https://github.com/jmcveigh/utf8-articles-law (predatory gangstalking) and it is what one writes when he becomes a so-called targeted individual. When targeted individuals think, they hear insults, threats, disinformation, and other negative audio messages in response to their thoughts. They do not know what this is, how it is done, or who does it. The relentless negativity sabotages them and causes prolonged suffering, as they cannot turn it off. Unless they are professional scientific researchers, they will explain the phenomenon entirely incorrectly as laymen, without using the scientific method, and by compiling or citing unscientific incorrect works from the Internet. This unscientific approach makes the laymen believe and repeat information that is incorrect. When they report it, medical practitioners gaslight them and sadistically disable them using disabling pills and then keep them disabled permanently and ignore them. These pills are harmful and useless. They only aggravate the situation and make it unbearable. Calling people something they are not also further aggravates it. Given the medical practitioners' tendency to opine rather than substantiate claims with empirical evidence, we cannot place trust in medical practitioners' assessments. My working hypothesis is that the phenomenon reported by targeted individuals is caused by an undisclosed electronics. The electronics is by definition a Bidirectional Brain-Computer Interface. It is a device that enables interaction between a computer and a brain. The device must be extended via R&D to work from a distance. It is suspected such a device has been operated by some intelligence agency with a plausible deniability. The software is possible to implement using Complex Event Processing (CEP), which can detect rule-based patterns of neural activity and respond with prerecorded audio messages. In my hypothesis, this is a form of sabotage and a targeted assassination of an individual who became a witness of something. The same weaponized electronics can be used against anyone. It is used against very nice people who had no prior health issues, a good job, and everything perfectly in order, incl. people who sport and exercise, and who work intellectually. We need to start investigating neural activity in targeted individuals using a noninvasive unidirectional BCI, such as Muse2. This will give us an access (a starting point) to investigate the phenomenon scientifically and unravel where the responses (insults, threats, disinformation) come from, and how. A person may record his EEG activity, label the times when he heard an insult, and train an AI model in python to detect these insults automatically. After enough insults are sampled, many things can be done with them. One of those is to warn a targeted individual every time when what he hears is not from the environment outside, but it is from the undisclosed electronics. Another option is to let each targeted person write down insults he hears into a database. When two or more targeted people hear the same insults, they can be paired and together they may talk about who they suspect is doing it. They can also use it as evidence, when they will independently each have the exact same insults written down from before they knew each other. There must be many other people in the area where Jason lived and worked who already became, or in the upcoming years will become, targeted with the same. These people cannot talk about it because they will be gaslighted and disabled with pills. The only way to find about each other is a central database which can be developed as an online website for targeted people. With this science-based approach, the phenomenon will start unraveling. Did Jason make any list of repeated insults he heard? If my hypothesis is correct, his list would help to find others who hear the same insults/threats/disinformation, and they could unite and likely find who is doing it in that area.
