Obituary of David Telford

Telford: David Eugene Albert November 9th 1965 - July 21st, 2016. Suddenly in his 51st year near Glovertown NL doing what he always wanted to do-visit Newfoundland. Beloved son of the late Geraldine (Thomas) and Clayton Telford, and grandson to the late Adelaide Telford, the late Beatrice and Eugene Thomas. He will be so dearly missed by his brothers Robert and John, and his sisters Vicky (John Upshall) and Karen (John Cairns). He was an amazing uncle to Christina-predeceased, Matthew, Steven, Sheena, Sean, Phillip, Michael, Benjamin, Zachary and Joshua; as well his many great nieces and nephews. He was a truly amazing son, brother, uncle and friend to so many. God obviously has a different plan for you David that He called you home before we were ready to let you go. You will always and forever be in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. Love you always and forever. A celebration of David’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home-38 James Street E. Orillia on Saturday August 6th from 1 to 3 p.m. A reception will follow at his sister’s home. As per David’s wishes he would prefer in lieu of flowers that a donation be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
