Proctor: Paul Isaac At the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Thursday August 25th 2016 in his 69th year. Paul Proctor of Orillia, beloved husband of Evelyne Proctor (nee Thibeault) of 42 years. Loving father of Jessica Proctor (Todd McMaster), and Kristina (Michael Sturley). Dear brother of Paddy (David Dyer), Linda Dorken, Richard Proctor-predeceased, and Larry Proctor. Loving son of the late Larry and Belle Proctor (nee Reed) of Orillia. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street E. Orillia on Saturday September 10th from 1 to 4 p.m. Memorial donations to the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital or the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
