Obituary of Isobel Caldwell

Caldwell, Isobel Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Friday September 2nd, 2016 in her 76th year. Beloved wife of Robert Scholte. Loving mother of William, Aly (Connie), Joy (Phil), Ann (Ian), the late Joanne, also remembered by their father Joseph (Lorraine). Much loved step mother of Sonia (Rod), Ted (Laura), and the late Debbie. Dear grandmother to several grandchildren. Isobel is survived by 4 brothers of Northern Ireland, predeceased by 4 brothers. Best friends with Joan, Brenda, and Debbie. Isobel lived for her family and friends, and a good cup of tea. A celebration of Isobel’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Sunday September 11th 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the OSPCA Orillia Branch.
