Obituary of James Robert Sweet

Sweet, James Robert “Jim” Peacefully passed away at his home with family in Orillia, after a short but courageous battle with cancer on Monday September 19th, 2016 in his 60th, year. Beloved husband of Theresa (nee Fountain). Loving father of Joshua Sweet (Jessica), Shannon Sweet (Chris Lemay), and Lisa Sweet (Joe Hunter). Cherished popa of Hunter, Mason, Charlotte, Beth, and Harper. Dear brother of John Sweet, and George Sweet (Jennifer). Jim will be lovingly remembered by many extended kids, family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Thursday September 22nd from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday September 23rd, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
