Brian Wallace posted a condolence

To the Horn family.
My name is Brian Wallace and sang with Dave in the Singspiration choir at Calvary United Church in London.
I am sad and shocked to hear about Dave's passing. He was one of the truly nice guys. Always friendly, positive and interesting to talk to. I know that Dave enjoyed his time at Calvary whether it was singing with the choir or at some of our social events. Anytime we had one of our reunions, guaranteed Dave would be there with a big smile on his face.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
Brian

On behalf of myself and all the kitchen staff of Casino Rama, I would like to pass on our condolences to David's family and friends. He was such a gentle and kind man. I don't think I've ever met someone so kind. It was a pleasure to work with and to know him. We are truely saddened to hear now he had health problems and of his passing. It seems although he was such a quiet man, he left quite a loud mark on many people's hearts. A trait not easily accomplished in life. R.I.P. my friend.

We were privileged to have known this gentle, kind man. So glad we were able to share time together promoting organ donation, and to hear your story of organ transplant. Always appreciated your music in the choir.
Your presence will be missed. May you rest in peace. May your family find comfort in their memories and the love and support of family and friends. Sincerely, Margot and Cam Davidson

Our condolences to David's family. Only recently Jim talked with him in hopes of giving him a ride home from the hospital. He has been a brave person in his ordeal with his health. I remember him as a faithful member of St Paul's choir and especially as a willing hard worker in the kitchen at the church. He will be greatly missed.
