Passed away peacefully at the Toronto Western Hospital on Tuesday September 26th, 2017 in his 58th year.  Loving son of Ina and the late Donald Horn.  Dear brother of the late Linda Bewick (Jim), Daniel Horn (Nancy), Raymond Horn (Margaret), and Thomas Horn.  David will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.  Cremation has taken place

A memorial service will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Monday October 2nd at 1:00 p.m. Interment of ashes, Elmvale Presbyterian Cemetery at a later date.   As an expression of sympathy memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society.  Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.simcoefuneralhome.ca
