Passed peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Saturday August 4th, 2018 in her 87th year. Beloved wife Howard Thomas of Orillia for 65 years. Loving mother of Roy Thomas (Terri) (Sandra), and Janet Thomas. Cherished grandmother of Jason, Kathryn (Cody), Juli (Harrison), Cassandra-Lea, Kyle (Danielle), Kara Lee (Josiah), and Adam; great grandmother Arden and Sauyer. Dear sister of Frank (Ann) (Loretta) and the late Carl (Marilyn-survived) and Jack (Kathleen-survived). Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends
Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Sunday August 12th 2-4 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the chapel on Monday August 13th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. followed by cremation.
