Obituary of Carl Milton Edwards

Edwards, Carl Milton Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie on Sunday February 21st, 2021 in his 74th year. Carl Edwards of Elmvale, beloved partner of Mary Ann Johnston. Loving father of Sara Edwards (Andy), Angela Dimytruk (Matthew), Luke Edwards (Nancy) and stepfather to William Morrison (Taylor) and Carly Morrison. Cherished grandfather of Zoe, Jaden, Michael, Jacob Taylor, Kaylie, Kane and Franki. Brother of Paul Edwards and Rick Edwards. Loving son of the late Lorna and Gabe Quesnelle. Carl will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his family and many friends. Carl was well known for his athletic abilities. He worked most of his career at the Huronia Regional Center, where he was loved and respected by both his patients and his coworkers. A celebration of Carl’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 34, 215 Mississaga St E, Orillia on Saturday May 28th 2022 from 2-5 p.m. Tributes will be held at 3:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Jumpstart – Helping kids play sports (something Carl was passionate about).
