Obituary of Robert Edward Durrant

Durrant, Robert Edward Passed away suddenly at his home in Severn Bridge on Tuesday May 4th 2021 at the age of 74. Born in Toronto, and predeceased by his parents Harry and Alice Durrant. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Pender) for 53 years. Loving father of Robert (Damjana), Michelle Hayward (Sean), and Sandra Begg (Mike). Proud grandfather of Kallen, Kelsey, Sienna, Nicholas, Robert, and Marko. Dear brother of Barb VanEtten (Gord – Predeceased), and Harry (Colette) Bob will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends. He was an aggressive collector of classic wooden boats in need of love. Bob was also current president of the Orillia Champlain Coin Club. He loved his dogs and Trumpeter swans. Cremation has taken place. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of Bob’s life will be held at a later date when his family and friends can gather safely. Memories are our greatest gift.
