Smith, Douglas Forde It is with sadness we announce the passing of Douglas at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Monday January 10th, 2022, at the age of 66. Beloved husband of the late Hazel Smith (nee Hansen). Loving father of Nicole and Danelle Smith. Dear brother of Martia Knight – predeceased, Michael Smith (Sandra), Cyril ‘Tosh’ (Sherri), Greg Smith and Pricilla Blom. Loving son of the Barbara and the late Cyril Smith. Douglas will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place.
