George was one of the most funniest, charismatic, and nicest people I've ever met. I was lucky enough to know George from the time I was born as my parents were great friends with him and Brenda. He always knew how to make you smile and feel good about yourself! From plowing the driveway with Duke and coming in for pie to catch up, always singing "Amanda, light of my life" when I would see him with the Rugby Boys or at his house for a get together, and his entertaining stories and jokes is how I will remember him. Sending lots of love to Brenda, Michael, and Richard during this difficult time. George will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Scott family at this time. I have many fond memories of my adventures with Rich and Mike - they obviously had a great upbringing. Losing a parent is hard. Cherish the memories, and spend as much time as you can with those you love.

My condolences to the Scott family. I spent a fair bit of my teenage years getting into mischief with Mike and Rich. One summer George hired me to do some Hay bailing and I still think it was one of the toughest jobs I ever had. You had to wear jeans and a long sleeve shirt to keep you from losing chunks of skin. The lifting of bales could be heavy and relentless and then you had to stack them in loft. It must have been over 40 degrees in the loft. At the end of the first day, Mr. Scott gave us some lemonade, it was 2 of the best glasses of lemonade I can still remember...

Sorry to hear of George's passing, Twyla. Our thoughts are with Brenda and the boys and your family. He was quite the loveable character.
